Kiolbassa Jalapeno cheddar beef smoked sausage based out of San Antonio, TX! This was some of the best sausage I’ve had. Tender, succulent, and perfect casing. Unlike some other brands this sausage had a lot of jalapeno chunks to where you could taste it in every bite! Perfect. Beautiful smoked flavor that didn’t overpower the rest of the flavors. Tasted great on its own, and with BBQ sauce. Definitely give it a try if you haven’t already, it won’t disappoint! Rated 4.8 outta 5. -A

Kiolbassa Sausage Company out of San Antonio Texas. The jalapeno cheddar smoked beef sausage tasted great. It had a good smoked flavor and lots of finely diced jalapenos in it. It had a nice jalapeno and cheddar taste, It wasn’t over powering. The casing was nice and wasn’t too tough. I think this may be on the top of my list for Jalapeno cheddar sausages.
