Nolan Ryan’s beef sausages out of Huntsville Texas. The beef sausages were good. They had a dense bite and good quality beef. Nice casing and it had a decent hickory smoke flavor to it. The sausage was juicy and had a nice slight pepper taste. A good basic smoked sausage. Rated 4 outta 5 –D and A
