Venison Jerky from Taste Texas out of Austin, Texas. This is also a product of their private label. This Jerky had a great venison and beef taste that gave it a lean yet meaty flavor. It wasn’t too dried out and has a nice chew to it. The amount of pepper in the jerky itself was what I really enjoyed about it. There are specks of coarse pepper all over the jerky and it gives it that little punch and compliments the jerky perfectly! Rated 4.8 out of 5-A !
