Zummo party time sausages from Beaumont Texas. These sausages are made of pork and beef. They have a slight hickory smoke taste to them. They have a good casing and are very juicy. You can taste all the spices used. A nice slight garlic taste to them. One of the better sausages I have had. They are one of the best selling sausage in East Texas. Can’t wait to eat more. Zummo Party Time Sausages. These pork and beef sausages were literally bursting with flavor! Great casing, held together well. Great texture and all the spices messed well together. I can’t stress enough how juicy these sausages were. Perfect amount of spice and slight smoke taste. These are great on their own and even throwing them on a bun with all the fixin’s!
