I found these jalapeno cheddar cheese sausages by Texas Traditions to be one of the best sausages of this flavor i have tried. They were perfectly spiced. lots of jalapeno taste. the casing snapped when bit into and the meat was a quality product. Rated 4.5 outta 5.-D

Texas Traditions Jalapeno & Cheddar sausages had a great taste. The casing had a good snap and wasn't too thick. The amount of flavor and juices that came out of these sausages are just great! Strong flavors and D and I used to get the basic Hillshire farms J&C sausages and since we've tried these we wont be buying anything else.(Unless we are reviewing a product!)
