Blue ribbon hickory beef sausage. I found the sausage to be very tasty. the perfect blend of smoke and spices. the sausage casing was great, it snapped when cut and sealed in the juices I could eat all 6 sausages in the pack at one sitting. Rated 4.75 outta 5 -D
