While they may be Bum's favorite, They weren't mine. I prefer the hickory smoke beef sausages. These were not bad. They had a good hickory smoke flavor. The texture of the meat inside the casing was too soft. If you like pork, beef, and chicken give these a try. Rated 3 outta 5.-D
I agree with D on the hickory smoked sausage. The casing seemed way too hard and was very chewy. The meat inside seemed to fall apart way too easily. But overall the taste of the meat was good and flavorful. But it's hard to say if I'm going to actually try these again just because of the casing and softness of the meat. 2.9 -5 stars. -A
